1. Services

Steadfast Edge LLC provides general handyman services, including but not limited to: appliance installation/removal, carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing repairs, electrical work, deck and fence repairs, flooring, and general maintenance. All work is performed by qualified professionals to industry standards.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All service estimates are free and provided in writing before work begins. Final pricing may vary depending on changes in scope, unforeseen conditions, or material costs. We will always communicate these changes before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and digital payments like Venmo or Zelle. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Steadfast Edge LLC offers a 30-day workmanship warranty on all labor unless otherwise stated in writing. This does not cover misuse, neglect, or work altered by third parties after completion.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to work safely and protect your property, Steadfast Edge LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions

  • Hidden structural issues

  • Customer-supplied materials

We are fully insured and will provide proof of coverage upon request.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area

  • Notify us of any special conditions (e.g., pets, allergies, gate codes)

  • Ensure all permits (if needed) are secured in advance unless otherwise agreed upon

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our content, images, or brand identity without written permission. We reserve the right to update or modify the website and services at any time without notice.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as through quote requests or contact forms) will only be used to communicate with you and provide our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
