What areas do you serve?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Steadfast Edge LLC is fully licensed and insured for handyman and light renovation work in the state of Idaho.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We provide clear, upfront quotes—no vague ballpark numbers or surprise charges later.

What types of jobs do you handle?

We specialize in general handyman work, including appliance installs, drywall, electrical, plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, and more. We also take on mid-size renovations and subcontracting work for contractors.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a one-hour minimum for small jobs. If the job takes less than that, we’ll use the time to knock out anything else you need done.

How soon can you come out?

It depends on the job and our current schedule, but we can often book small jobs within 2–5 business days. Emergency or same-day availability is possible depending on location.

Do you provide materials or just labor?

For most projects, we can supply materials or pick them up for you — just let us know in advance. You’re also welcome to provide your own materials if preferred.

Can I hire you for multiple small jobs at once?

Absolutely. We call it a “honey-do” visit. Book us for a half-day or full day and we’ll knock out your whole list.

Do you work with realtors or property managers?

Absolutely. We regularly handle repairs, touch-ups, and prep work to help listings sell faster or get rentals move-in ready.

Do you handle larger remodeling projects?

Yes — within reason. We take on kitchen/bath updates, flooring installs, painting, trim work, and full-room refreshes. For major structural changes, we may bring in licensed trades or refer out.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand behind everything we do. Most jobs come with a 30-day workmanship guarantee — if something wasn’t done right, we’ll make it right.

Do you clean up after the job is done?

Always. We treat your home with respect, and we never leave a mess behind.

Do you handle emergency repairs?

We do not offer 24/7 emergency services, but we can often schedule urgent requests within 1–2 business days.

What don’t you do?

We don’t handle structural changes, major plumbing/sewer work, full electrical rewires, or any job that requires a specialty license beyond general handyman scope. If it’s beyond our wheelhouse, we’ll refer you to someone honest who can help.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, and most major credit/debit cards via PayPal. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
